Pesto Sauce

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh basil leaves, loosely packed
1/3 cup pine nuts
4 medium garlic cloves, peeled
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Rinse and dry basil leaves.
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a food processor.
Turn on the food processor, and slowly pour the olive oil through the feed tube.
Mix well, and season with salt and pepper.
